Educate - Inspire - Prepare!

Principal’s Message

Principal's Message

Dear Baldwin Lane Families,

It is an honor to welcome you to the 2025-2026 school year as the new principal of Baldwin Lane Elementary! It is with  great excitement and enthusiasm that I join this exceptional team of dedicated educators, passionate support staff,  hardworking students, and supportive families.

Baldwin Lane Elementary is a truly special place. I have learned firsthand that once you enter these doors, you  automatically become part of the Mountain Lion Family. This team is dedicated to providing a welcoming, safe, and  nurturing learning environment that fosters the growth and development of every child. Our goal is for students to develop  the mindset, skills, and motivation to face their futures with confidence.

Education is a partnership between the school, parents, and the community. I encourage you to be actively involved in  your child’s education and to communicate with us regularly to help create a strong home-school connection. Together, we  can support your child in their educational journey and ensure they become confident, compassionate, life-long learners.

I truly believe that success is not an accident, it is a choice! To ensure your child’s success, we ask that your child attend  school on time, every day, all day, unless they are ill. Building the habits of punctuality and dedication in elementary  school will lay a solid foundation for the remainder of their educational career.

Please take the time to review this handbook and discuss the importance of its contents with your child. We want  everyone to be well-informed and included as we start the new school year. If you have any questions or need support,  please know we are here to help.

Again, I am honored to serve as your new principal this year, and I look forward to getting to know you as we work  together to ensure a positive school experience for your child.

With the highest regards,

Christina Cox,

Principal
